Ingredients

Truffle Base

  • 24 vanilla sandwich cookies (e.g., Golden Oreos) whole cookies, including cream
  • cup vanilla frosting or softened cream cheese for binding

Coating

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts for coating
  • sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Pulse the vanilla cookies in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with vanilla frosting or cream cheese until fully blended into a dough-like mixture.
  • Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate or vanilla candy melts according to package instructions, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled truffle ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Place back on the parchment paper. Add sprinkles immediately if desired.
  • Allow the chocolate coating to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. You can customize by using different cookie flavors or by adding extracts like vanilla or almond for extra flavor. Sprinkles or crushed cookie crumbs make fun decorations.
