Preparation

  • Start by peeling two ripe bananas.
  • Slice the bananas into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
  • In a blender, pour in two cups of almond milk.
  • Add the sliced bananas to the blender with the almond milk.
  • Drizzle in one tablespoon of maple syrup.
  • Next, add one teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Blend everything on high until smooth.
  • If you prefer a chilled shake, toss in some ice cubes and blend again.
  • Taste your milkshake. If you want it sweeter, add more maple syrup and blend again.
  • Pour the milkshake into glasses and enjoy it right away.

Notes

This milkshake is best enjoyed fresh. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but the texture might change.
