  • 1 large tortilla
  • ½ cup refried beans seasoned with taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup vegan cheese shredded or melty
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup guacamole fresh or store-bought
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients — chop vegetables and measure refried beans, spices, and guacamole.
  • Mix taco seasoning into refried beans for extra flavor.
  • Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread seasoned refried beans in the center of the tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
  • Layer vegan cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and guacamole over the beans.
  • Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center to form a wrap, enclosing the filling completely.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down and cook 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Flip and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes until evenly browned.
  • Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve warm with salsa or extra guacamole.

Notes

For gluten-free options, use gluten-free tortillas or lettuce wraps. Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy twist. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in a skillet for best crispiness.
