Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients on the countertop.
  • In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Pour the water and olive oil into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Grease a deep dish pizza pan before pressing the dough into it.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the crust evenly.
  • Sprinkle the vegan cheese over the marinara sauce.
  • Layer the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives evenly atop the cheese.

Cooking

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Bake the pizza for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crisp.
  • Once baked, allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
