Dough

  • 1 cup warm almond milk about 110°F (43°C)
  • 1 Tbsp organic sugar
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour plus more for kneading

  • 3 Tbsp vegan butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together warm almond milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and fluffy.
  • In a small saucepan, melt vegan butter with garlic and salt. Stir in parsley.
  • Brush the warm dough balls generously with garlic butter. Serve immediately — soft, fragrant, and plant-based delicious!
