  • Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to your mixture. Stir thoroughly.
  • Whip the mixture until silky smooth using an electric mixer for about 2–3 minutes.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving dishes, filling them about three-quarters full to allow for toppings.
  • Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  • Prepare toppings like fresh fruits, chocolate shavings, or crushed nuts while the mousse chills.
  • Once chilled, remove the mousse from the refrigerator, add toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

For a fluffier mousse, fold in whipped aquafaba. Experiment with different nut butters for unique flavors. Keep chilled for best results.
