Preparation

  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
  • Cut the feta cheese into small cubes that match the size of the watermelon.
  • Gently wash and dry the fresh mint leaves.

Assembly

  • Assemble the skewers by layering a cube of watermelon, a piece of feta, and a mint leaf. Repeat until filled.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes if desired.
