  • Gather all ingredients and ensure the watermelon is fully frozen.
  • If using fresh watermelon, chop into cubes and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.

Blending

  • Place the frozen watermelon in a blender or food processor.
  • Add lime juice to enhance the natural flavor.
  • If desired, add honey or agave syrup for sweetness.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey/agave or lime juice if needed, then blend again.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency.
  • For a firmer texture, transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
