Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer. Blend until smooth and fluffy, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add in the vanilla extract and blend until the mixture is cohesive and fluffy.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined, taking care not to overmix.
  • Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly dispersed.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once cool, they’re ready to eat! Serve them fresh or store them for later enjoyment.
