  • 1 round (8 oz) Brie cheese
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup mixed nuts e.g., pecans, walnuts, almonds
  • 1 sheet puff pastry optional
  • fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • If using puff pastry, roll it out to 1/4 inch thick and place Brie in the center.
  • Drizzle honey over the Brie.
  • Top with mixed nuts evenly distributed.
  • If using puff pastry, wrap the Brie and seal the edges.
  • Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and gooey.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

Serve with sliced baguette, crackers, or fresh fruit. You can substitute Brie with Camembert, honey with maple syrup, or mix in dried fruits for variation.
