Ingredients
  

Bruschetta

  • 1 each baguette, sliced For toasting and topping
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped Enhances flavor
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 pound button mushrooms Stems removed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish

Caprese Skewers

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls For skewering
  • to taste Fresh basil leaves For assembly
  • to taste Balsamic glaze for drizzling For finishing

Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cup cooked spinach, drained
  • 1 cup canned artichokes, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Mini Quiches

  • 6 each eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Rinse and chop vegetables, measure out spices, and prepare any necessary utensils.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for stuffed mushrooms.

Cooking

  • For bruschetta, toast your baguette slices until golden brown.
  • Mix diced tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil for the bruschetta topping.
  • For stuffed mushrooms, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  • Assemble the Caprese skewers by alternating cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil on skewers.
  • In a baking dish, combine cooked spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix well and bake until bubbly and golden.
  • Whisk together eggs and milk, fold in cheese and diced vegetables. Pour into a greased muffin tin and bake.
  • Keep an eye on all dishes while they bake until desired doneness is achieved.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. You can also make many components a day in advance.
