  • 2 cups Cheerios Regular or honey nut

Coating

  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce Adjust based on salt preference
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder Add more for stronger flavor
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder Can omit if desired
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt Use regular salt if needed
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika For added depth of flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by measuring out all the ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, pretzels, and Cheerios.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and smoked paprika.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Baking

  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Cooling

  • Allow the Nuts and Bolts to cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Store in an airtight container once cooled.

Notes

For a vegan option, replace butter with coconut oil and use vegan Worcestershire sauce. Adjust seasonings to taste.
